Found something that is not working correctly on WitrQuran?

Help us fix it.

WitrQuran is built to provide a simple fast and uninterrupted Quran listening experience. If you find a technical problem an incorrect Surah issue with audio playback or anything else that does not work as expected please report it to us.

What Can You Report

You can report issues such as:

• Audio not playing
• Audio stopping unexpectedly
• Incorrect playback
• Surah or verse playback issues
• Website loading problems
• Broken buttons or controls
• Mobile or desktop display issues
• Incorrect website behavior
• Any other technical issue you notice

Report the Issue

Please use our external reporting form to submit your report.

Report an Error

The report will be handled through the external reporting system rather than directly inside WitrQuran.

What to Include

To help us understand and fix the problem please provide:

• A short description of the issue
• What you were trying to do
• What happened
• The device or browser you were using if relevant
• A screenshot or other useful information if necessary
• Your email address if you want a response

Please do not submit passwords financial information or other sensitive personal information in an error report.

What Happens After You Report

We will review the information you provide and investigate the reported issue

If additional information is required we may contact you using the email address you provided

Information submitted for an error report is used to investigate and resolve the reported issue and is not intended to be permanently retained

Once the issue has been addressed the submitted report may be deleted
